Promote This Event THE TRICERATOPS / MODERN SKIRTS / MATTHEW MAYFIELD
That's right, folks! The very much anticipated return of The Triceratops is finally here! After a long summer and a new bassist, Stewart Vann and the remaining members of The Triceratops return to the stage. Modern Skirts, the Athens, Georgia-based band, which crafts clever, catchy power pop with soaring harmonies, are making yet another return to Bottletree. Often compaired to the likes of The Beach Boys with less prog or an American New Pornographers, they are earnest in their own way and carry their own distinctive sound. Comparisons may (and do) abound, but this here is something unique. Don't miss out. Tickets for this show are $8. Doors for this show open at 8PM. The show begins at 9PM.

Promote This Event THE DONKEYS / SWORN ENEMIES / KATE TAYLOR
Listening to The Donkeys lone album, you bear witness to the idea of what it must be like to be completely assured, to be connected to that one part of your makeup that’s beyond reproach, that is your true constitution any way you cut it. They are sympathetic to their inner motors and drive shafts, which leads to the delivery of songs of innumerable pleasures and sleepy acquiescence. These are songs that have ancestors aplenty, but their shared features and distinctive markings are few. There’s a little Dylan lurking in these bones, there’s some old country and there’s some sick melodies that can actually punctuate. They are the, “Holy shit!?!” of melodies. Joining The Donkeys on this particular evening are Sworn Enemies and Kate Taylor. This show is for ages 18 and up. Doors at 8PM, show at 9PM. Tickets for this show are $8.

Promote This Event ROCK PAPER ROCK PRESENTS: DR. DOG / DELTA SPIRIT / SETH KAUFFMAN
Dr. Dog return to Bottletree in support of their new album "Fate" to be released this summer. Dr. Dog is a psychedelic rock band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Their sound has been compared to that of various 1960s pop bands, especially The Beatles and The Band, as well as The Beach Boys. Before 2004, the band was not well-known, and was often mistaken for a hip-hop group because of its name. The group had a small fanbase until My Morning Jacket brought them on tour. Soon after, The New York Times music critic Kelefa Sanneh praised the group's album Easy Beat in a December 2004 article, leading to attention from other critics. Tickets are $10. This show is 18 and up. Doors at 8pm.

Promote This Event ROCK PAPER ROCK PRESENTS: GIL MANTERA'S PARTY DREAM / SILKY SNOWFLAKE
You may remember this duo rockin' Rebecca's socks off for her sweet 16(+20) bash last year. Bottletree is really excited and bit frightened that they are returning...nakedness will ensue. Gil Mantera's Party Dream is to pop music what Freddy Kruger is to supernatural creatures that haunt their victims' dreams - which is to say they set the goddamned standard! Check out these two guys, Ultimate Donny and Gil Mantera. They're from Youngstown, Ohio. They play rock-style music mixed with alternative-style (and little 80's pop too!). They wear spandex pants, leather fringe jackets and sometimes, hardly anything at all. If there's one thing these boys aren't, it's modest.. They're brothers. They're blonde and handsome. They are, Gil Mantera's Party Dream. $8 18 AND UP DOORS AT 8PM
