Argus Hamilton | 9:15 PM
Who is Argus Hamilton, and why is everybody quoting him?
Meet the funniest topical comedian in America, the man Robin Williams once called "the Will Rogers of the Baby Boom." Argus Hamilton's daily column of jokes on the news, now carried in over 100 newspapers across the United States, is also read and heard by millions on the Internet and on radio stations across the country.
Argus James Hamilton III is the son, grandson and great-grandson of Methodist ministers in the South. A proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma and now based in Los Angeles, Argus brings an unusual perspective to the news from Washington and around the country. "I'm an English Monarchist and a Southern secessionist," Argus says. "Let's see Rush Limbaugh get to the right of that."
Argus Hamilton performs at corporate, political and charity events around the country. When he's in Los Angeles, he can be seen working out the latest material nightly at The Comedy Store in Hollywood.
Argus is regularly quoted by daily newspapers including The San Francisco Chronicle and the Los Angeles Times, by weekly business papers including the Orange County Business Journal, by Time magazine and by radio personalities including Paul Harvey.
Argus was honored by Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry as the official comedian of the Oklahoma Centennial and appeared with the governor in the 2007 Tournament of Roses Parade.
You can read Argus Hamilton's outrageously funny humor column on the Internet six days a week -- yes, six days a week ("Unbelievable," says Yahoo.com)

Bob Oschack | 9:45 PM
Bob Oschack came to Los Angeles by way of Austin, Texas, where he won first place in the prestigious Austin Comedy Festival in 1994--three months after his first time onstage. Too "green" to become a regular at any of the Los Angeles comedy clubs, Bob got a job working the ticket booth at The Comedy Store while honing his act in venues across the city ranging from juice bars to teen correctional facilities. In 1999, Bob caught the eye of comedian Bob Saget, who then introduced him on an episode of "Oprah" about comedians and their protégés. Since then Bob has also performed stand-up on "The Martin Short Show," "Late Friday," Comedy Central's Premium Blend, and finally, his own half hour Comedy Central special in March of 2004.
While performing stand-up, Bob also pursued a TV writing career, which went from writing quiz questions for Mexican game shows to two Sports Emmy nominations for his work on "The Best Damn Sports Show Period" to his current job as a writer and on-air correspondent on Dennis Miller's CNBC talk show.
A veteran of the Montreal, Chicago and Aspen Comedy Festivals, Bob now performs regularly at The Comedy Store.

Bobby Lee | 10:00 PM
Bobby Lee, a native of San Diego, was expected to follow in his father’s footsteps running the family clothing store. But after stints in a local rock band and at the local community college, he was spotted by Frank Burns, the legendary manager of La Jolla’s Comedy Store, and the rest, as they say, is history. Lee rapidly became an in-demand stand-up comic with his unique Korean American perspective and charismatic on-stage personality.
In 1995, comedian Pauly Shore spotted Lee on stage and asked him to open his act in Las Vegas. Lee subsequently met Paulie’s mother, the celebrated owner of the Comedy Store, Mitzi Shore. He became a regular at the club and went on the road with comic Carlos Mencia.
Since joining MADtv in 1999, Lee has become a fan-favorite, known for his unique brand of pain-inducing, physical humor. He has created such memorable original characters as the comically confused film critic “Johnny Gan,” the world’s worst interpreter “Bae Sung;” and hapless warrior the Blind kung Fu Master.” And audiences have loved his takes on such real-world figures as Connie Chung and North Korean President Kim Jong Il.
Lee’s film credits include “Hardbreakers,” “Kickin’ It Old Skool,” “Killer Pad” and “Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle.” On television Lee has appeared in “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and “Mind of Mencia,” and has performed stand-up on "Late Friday," "Premium Blend" and “The Tonight Show.” He was also the host of this year’s Asian Excellence Awards.

Rick Ingraham | 10:45 PM
Started stand-up comedy at Stanford and Sons Comedy Club in Kansas City (little Hollywood). After two years in the fast-paced, highly competetive Kansas City comedy scene, I moved to L.A. and started doing comedy full time. I’ve been a regular at the Hollywood Comedy Store since 2003, performing 5 nights a week. I also perform at the "Comedy and Magic Club" in Hermosa beach occasionally, and I’ve performed at both "Laugh Factories" (L.A. & N.Y.), a number of "Improv" Comedy Clubs (L.A., Miami, Ontario, Irvine, Brea, San Jose, Tampa Bay), the Comedy Store in La Jolla (San Diego), Mandalay Bay Casino (Las Vegas), and tons of other comedy clubs around the country (Looney Bins, Jokers, Comedy House, Wiley’s). I have opened on the road touring with national headliners Andrew "Dice" Clay and Pauly Shore. I’ve seen some great places with "Dice" like Miami, New York, and Vegas... livin’ the dream... And I’ve seen the worst parts of America with Pauly, like Dayton, Wichita, and Brownsville... livin the Weasel nightmare... The unbelievable stories can be read in my soon to be written Autobiography "On My Way Up, On Their Way Down: Rising From the Ashes of Hollywood Burnouts".

Owen Smith | 11:00 PM
Watching Owen Smith on stage is like watching a conductor command an orchestra. His compelling 6’5” frame combined with his truthful, primal and unapologetic approach to his craft gives him license to lead his audiences on journeys they may not normally take with other comedians. His fresh takes on race, politics, relationships, and society has critics using adjectives like: “witty”, “clever”, and “brilliant” to describe his performances. Television and film star, Terry Crews (White Chicks, Everybody Hates Chris) says, “The future of comedy is here, and that future is Owen Smith!” Tichina Arnold star of Everybody Hates Chris believes, “Owen is going to be huge one day!” And sitcom legend, Ernest Thomas (What’s Happening, Everybody Hates Chris) says, “I was there when Sam Kinison, Eddie Murphy, and Jim Carrey all became superstars, and Owen is in that league!”
Owen Smith has multiple roles on the hit Chris Rock sitcom “Everybody Hates Chris”. His national McDonald’s “Cha-cha Slide” commercial has become one of the most popular McDonald’s commercials to date! Even Oprah Winfrey loves it. And as if that’s not enough, last fall, Owen filmed his very own one-hour Comedy Special “Anonymous” for TV and DVD. Other noted television appearances include: Crossing Jordan, Monk, Gilmore Girls, Premium Blend, Star Search, Latino Laugh Festival: The Show, HBO Comedy Minutes, Montreal Just For Laughs Festival, The Orlando Jones Show, National Lampoon’s Funny Money, NBC’s Friday Night, and BET’s Comic View.

Tim Gaither | 12:45 AM (Wed Nov. 11)
It all began in church at the age of five--One sunday the preacher called all the kids at the southern baptist church to the front to ask some questions in front of all the adults, when the preacher asked the small tow-headed boy what he thought hell would be like--he replied-"preacher-hell will be hotter than the Walmart parking lot on the fourth of july-barefoot'. The church erupted with laughter-the little boy was hooked on the sound and a comic was born. Fast forward 25 years and Tim Gaither has been a comedian for 10 years-eight professionally, working in 32 states so far and Korea for the USO and our troops. In mid January 2009 Tim moved to Hollywood and was made a paid regular at the world famous Comedy Store in near record time, In mid-march Tim earned the honor of best of Festival at the Detroit International Comedy Festival. Tim Gaither is hilarious --he doesnt back down from anyone--he has great material-quick wit-a wide range of original characters and stories and great one liners all spun together with midwestern charm in a laidback, confident manner. Tim Gaither is more comfortable on a stage than in his own living room--thus making the audience feel like he is in theirs, he has a way of uniting audiences of all backgrounds because they all see it coming from a good place in his heart. If Tim comes to your city don't miss the opportunity to check out his show, you will not be disapointed.

Jay Davis | 12:30 AM (Thu Nov. 12)
Jay Davis first moved to Los Angeles to pursue film acting, and managed to book a few national commercials, a bad B movie, the lead in a Disney after-school special and a couple of featured roles on television. But auditions were few and far between, so Jay decided to launch his career as a professional stand-up comedian. Craving stage time, he created his own comedy night on the Sunset Strip at an Irish Pub, and it became a huge hit. Comedians from Dave Chappelle to Dane Cook to Rosanne Barr to David Allen Grier stopped by.
Since the closing of the Irish Pub, Jay has taken his producing skills to the world famous Laugh Factory on the Sunset Strip, where he produces, hosts and performs his comedy every week for the "Life of the Party" show (Laugh Factor Tuesdays, 10pm to 12:30am). One of the stars of Dane Cook's movie "8 Guys", Davis continues to tour at comedy clubs and colleges across the country, while auditioning for television & feature film roles in his spare time.
