Rome Incarnate (formerly known as After the Shock) is a band based in Fort Collins, Colorado. It was started by drummer Jordan "J Pee Pee" Pasquin, lead vocalist Noah Knostman and guitarist Gareth "Baby G" Niles in the summer of 2009. Over the past year the band has gone through minor line-up and musical stylistic changes ultimately ending up with the three initial members along with bassist Chris Jackson and newest member guitarist Thomas Rife.

RI has taken a break from playing live shows to get all of their material written and finalized and, since the stat of summer of 2010, they've been diligently working with Nick Nodurft of Rust Sun Audio on recording and releasing their first EP (title to be decided)

All members of RI are under the age of 18 but still bring manage to compete with the older folks on the current metal scene. After a tough year of ups and downs, Rome Incarnate has settled on not only a new name and lineup but a new and more professional attitude and as soon as their done with their studio time, they'll hit the road and start playing shows again

you can expect great things to come in the future for this band. more >>>

The key has been their intense and energetic live performances full of chugging grooves, thrashing riffs, and strong connection to their audience. Their unique approach is accentuated by the use of three vocals blending screams, growls and melodies, creatively and harmonically. Their music has been called addictive and they've been said to have forged "some of the most brutal and unflinching metal Colorado has ever seen" by Westword Magazine. (www.westword.com). Metal Maniacs has called them "a futuristically-influenced breed of modern commercial metal comparable to what Pantera, Prong and Slipknot all did in their day…I see them as a band that could be f***ing huge if marketed right…" (Metal Maniacs, Firing Squad, Fall '07).. ..Immortal Dominion's members are: Ray Smith – Guitars/Lead Vocals, Brian Villers – Guitars/Vocals, Bryan (Edward) Schmidt – Bass, Louie Micciullo-Guitars, and Casey Glass- Drums. ..Their groundbreaking CD, "Awakening – the Revelation", was released in July of 2005. It follows the album "Endure" and the EP "Birth". "Awakening" has been released through Alliance Entertainment via partnership with Hapiskratch Entertainment for world-wide distribution and has received in-store distribution in Hot Topic, Independent Records and Super D Distro. Downloads of "Awakening" are available @ iTunes.com, rhapsody.com, napster.com or visit www.mileghighmusicstore.com to order the CD. Most recently, 5 songs from "Awakening" are featured in the independent horror/comedy "Teeth". The film won a Juror's Award for best actress at the Sundance Film Festival, and was then purchased by Lionsgate/The Weinstein Company. After a limited theatre release, "Teeth" is currently out nationwide on DVD... ..Immortal Dominion has just finished recording their new project at the state of the art Backbone Studios in Loveland Colorado. It has been mastered by Ted Jensen (Metallica, Bullet for My Valentine, Nickelback, Marilyn Manson) at Sterling Sound and will be released end of summer 2010. The album produced by renowned producer, Sterling Winfield (Pantera, Hellyeah, King Diamond, Seventh Void) is already generating worldwide interest. The band has also received many local honors including Fort Collins Music Associations "Peer Award" for "Best Metal Band 2008" and "Best Metal Band 2009", Hapiskratch entertainments "Best Metal Album 2007", and has been chosen for Westword Magazine's yearly music showcase. more >>>
Formed in late spring of 2009, The Deed Of Martyrs are a thrash metal band based out of Fort Collins, Colorado. With many influences ranging from old school thrash metal to new school thrash metal, each member of The Deed Of Martyrs brings unique talent and energy to the table. JEREMY YAKEL's guitar style has face pounding low-end sound, mixed with some rock&roll and fast thrash influenced guitar riffs. His style and sound is awesomely complimented by drummer CHRIS GUMZ, with his heart pounding and hard stomping beats. Chris'' style and skills are nicely orchastrated to accent Jeremy's guitar riffs. Bassist BRYAN BULL contributes to the low-end sound with solid and heavy, drop-kicking rythm. However, Bryan isn't a bass player with the sole job of just keeping the low-end. Bryan has an influence that comes from the groovy riffs of funk, therefore, he steps up as an important factor in the sound. Vocals and lyrics by MARSHALL HOLLEN, completes the quartet with vocal patterns and lyrics that are supercharged with energy and sheer brutality! In addition to Marshall's vocals, Chris Gumz's back up vocals and lyrics create a dynamic sound that will surely make a few of their songs, like "No Fate", an anthem for their fans and metalheads alike! Over the years the metal industry and genre has become crowded with bands that die-out or fall apart, turning hopefuls into failures. However it is with good speculation, that one day The Deed Of Martyrs will find their way through that crowd of copycats and "wannabes." Leaving one question for the masses.....ARE YOU READY FOR JUDGMENT DAY? more >>>
