Sloss Furnaces Future Furnace Keepers Kids Club
For ages 4-12, the Future Furnace Keepers membership offers kids the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities at Sloss all year round. The new kids club not only allows children the opportunity to participate in activities at Sloss it gives Birmingham youth an opportunity to learn more about the history of Sloss and the importance of its industrial impact on Birmingham.

Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark introduces a new kids club, The Future Furnace Keepers.
For ages 4-12, the Future Furnace Keepers membership offers kids the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities at Sloss all year round. The new kids club not only allows children the opportunity to participate in activities at Sloss it gives Birmingham youth an opportunity to learn more about the history of Sloss and the importance of its Return to News
A one year membership into The Future Furnace Keepers at Sloss is $50.00. All members will receive a souvenir bag, notification of upcoming events and free admission to a variety of activities in 2009.
2009 Future Furnace Keepers Membership includes free admission to the following:
March 14 - Historic Ghost Tour
May 3 - Make it For Mom Iron Pour
July 2009 (Date TBD) - Membership Reciprication Day: Crafts at Sloss Furnaces
August 21-22 - Stokin' The Fire Festival
October 10 - Fall Picnic, Iron Pour, Pumpkin Carving and Carnival Games
