Jake Jennings | 6:00 PM
I am Jake Jennings I was born and raised in Nashville, TN. I've been writing songs since I was 17 years old. It is my dream to be in the music business. My influences are blink-182, nirvana, green day, and Tom petty. I've been playing solo shows and writers’ nights for a year now and am stoked to bring my performance, passion and backing players to the historic and legendary Exit/In. I hope to keep playing shows for as long as I live to the best of my ability. more >>>

Pay The Sky | 6:00 PM
Pay The Sky is a progressive rock band based out of Murfreesboro, TN seeking to blend the old with the new, creating something both accessible, and challenging to their listeners. Consisting of members with a wide spectrum of musical backgrounds and tastes, Pay the Sky is the product of an array of musical influences ranging from Kansas, to Metallica, to Incubus. The band hopes that from their hard work, creative contributions, and pure passion you will find something fresh, and exciting in their music.

So how did Pay the Sky arrive at it's current form? In the beginning, there was Juan Alonzo. Chief architect and central visionary, lead guitarist and lead vocalist, Juan catalyzes the musical explosion that is Pay the Sky. But Juan could not do it alone. The second element of this five-piece band fell into place in late 2008 in the person of Sean Lanahan, drummer extraordinaire. Sean brings tenacity and an aggression that puts the hard rock into Pay the Sky's progressive rock, a role he has occupied beautifully in the last year and a half. In early 2009, Pay the Sky took further shape with the addition of Adam Gimenez, the musical magician of the group. Adam plays anything he needs to, be it lead or rhythm guitar, keyboards, vocals, or tambourine. He arranges and directs with a passion for order, transforming Pay the Sky from a raw chaos of musical talent into a cohesive, forceful collective. Spring 2010 saw the completion of Pay the Sky's lineup with the addition of Daniel Kreipe, German - American pure-ball-of-energy and spark-of-lightning bass player, and Reeves Jordan, master-of-texture and creator-of-atmosphere guitarist. Daniel brings a fresh, focused approach to the bass guitar, and Reeves brings an interest in the science of sound, the backgrounds, colors,
and moods of Pay the Sky's rock n' roll. Now that the lineup is complete, Pay the Sky can begin to write their story together. more >>>

Jordan Hull | 6:00 PM
When asked to describe his music young singer/songwriter and Dayton, Ohio native Jordan Hull playfully muses, “I want to follow in the folk tradition…” he pauses and laughs to himself, “except, make that tradition sexier.” Hull draws influence from an array of folk, blues, and rock luminaries many, many years his senior —searching for music’s future by turning to music’s past. more >>>
