In the fall of 2005, three like-minded musicians came together by chance (maybe fate?) to try out some improvisational jams in the musical melting pot of Athens, Georgia. The instant they began to play off each other, even in its primitive form, they knew a spark had been ignited. The three continued to meet, growing with each session, and Nautilus was born. The core trio consists of Chris Keesecker ..s/synthesizer, Andrew Haynes on bass and laptop controls, and James Feeney on beats, whether they originate from his drum set or electronically. They combine their influences from a wide variety of music such as jazz, funk, electronica, soul, drum n bass, house, hip hop, world music and trance to create their infectious danceable grooves. Method Man is a member of the hip-hop collective, Wu-Tang Clan. He is also well-known for his work both as a solo artist and with frequent collaborator Redman, as well as for recent forays into acting. New Jersey rapper Redman made his initial impact with Whut? Thee Album in 1992. He blended reggae and funk influences with topical commentary and displayed a terse, though fluid rap style that was sometimes satirical, sometimes tough, and sometimes silly. Tix 		Ivan Neville's Dumpstaphunk
Formed in 2003, Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk was initially put together by keyboardist Ivan Neville on a whim in order to perform a solo gig at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. Ivan called in cousin Ian Neville (guitar), the double-bass bottom of both Nick Daniels and Tony Hall, and drummer Raymond Webber to round out the show. Named after a song Ivan had recently written, Dumpstaphunk’s informal performance became that of immediate legend. The project has since grown from chance side-project into what is now widely considered to be New Orleans’ most popular musical export. The band was recently voted 2007’s “New Orleans Best Funk Band” by both Offbeat Magazine and Gambit Weekly, and performs at some of the nation’s largest music festivals such as Bonnaroo, Voodoo Fest, 10,000 Lakes, and High Sierra. Jason Coley Byrd was born April 17, 1987. He was raised in the sleepy little community of Cedar Grove, outside the bustling city of Atlanta, Georgia. Jason’s passion for singing came at an early age, performing his first solo in the fifth grade and many times at his church. He was encouraged by many to perform at special events and various venues in the Atlanta area. Starting out at the karaoke joints, Jason charmed the ladies with his looks and the critics with his voice. This set the pace to Jason’s recognized talent. His high school voice coach, Don Johnson also encouraged Jason to set new goals for his musical talents, In February, 2005 Jason received final round positioning and encouraging support from the judges and producers in the Nashville Music Network singing competition held in Tampa, Florida.
