TicketBiscuit is a service that you access over the internet with a standard
web browser. Its features include automatic updates to your website, online
ticket sales, integrated credit card processing, a point-of-sale system for
phone and walkup orders, detailed sales reporting, and email marketing. Because
the system is web-based, there is no special hardware to buy, no software to
install and no costly upgrades. All you need is a computer and an internet
connection (preferably high-speed). TicketBiscuit allows you to access all of
its features from any internet-connected computer, so you can run your
box office without being in your box office.

TicketBiscuit comes with several info-packed web pages, all custom designed to
match the exact look and feel of your website. As you enter events into the
system, these pages are updated automatically. As time goes on, they change
automatically to display the most current information about your upcoming and
archived events. |
• Spotlight Page
You decide which events deserve special attention; these
events are automatically displayed on the Spotlight Page, and automatically
roll off when the event completes.
• Calendar Page
This page displays all upcoming events one month at a time in calendar form.
Visitors can click on the event title for details, or click a "Buy
Tickets" link to do just that. Visitors can move forward and backward in
time to see your past and future events.
• Search Events Page
Here, visitors can see a chronological list of your events,
along with date/time and a brief synopsis. As with the Spotlight and Calendar
pages, visitors can click the event title for detailed info or go straight to
the event's Buy Tickets page.
• Event Details Pages
Each event you enter into the system gets its own Event
Details page where you can display any information you wish, including pictures
and hyperlinks. Use this page to add a cast/crew list, or biographies of the
artists on the bill.
• Buy Tickets Pages
Each event also gets its own Buy Tickets page, where
customers choose the number and type of tickets they wish to purchase. For
reserved seating events, you decide if customers can choose their own seats, or
whether to automatically assign the "best available seats". When the
order is complete, the customer is automatically transfered to the Order
Confirmation page, and a confirmation email is sent.
• Customer Account Pages
Those customers who have chosen to create an account with
you or another TicketBiscuit client can access a special section of your
website where they can review their order history, save billing and shipping
addresses for faster checkout, and print their Print-At-Home tickets when it's
convenient.

Each event you enter into the system gets its own Buy Tickets and Order
Confirmation pages. The Buy Tickets page (6 pages, actually) breaks down the
purchase process into a series of easy to follow steps: |
• The Buy Tickets Pages
1. Select tickets
2. (Optionally) Login or create an account*
3. Enter billing info
4. Select delivery method (Will Call, Print-At-Home, UPS, etc)
5. Review order and enter credit card information
6. Order confirmed
• The Order Confirmation Page
This page gives the customer a clear indication that their
order was placed successfully, and provides a unique Order Number that your
staff can use to quickly locate the order's details. If the customer chose the
Print-At-Home delivery option, a link is also provided for the customer to
print the tickets immediately. A copy of the confirmation page is emailed to
the customer as soon as the purchase is complete, both to serve as a receipt
and to provide the Print-At-Home link for buyers who cannot print their tickets
at the time of purchase.
* With TicketBiscuit, customers have the option of
logging-in to a previously-created account, or creating a new account by
providing an email address and password. Those customers who would rather place
their orders anonymously are always free to do so. Many of our competitors require
customers to create an account before purchasing tickets, which can be a real
turnoff for privacy-conscious buyers.

TicketBiscuit comes with Credit Card Processing built-in. We handle all the
gory details of authorizing transactions and transferring funds from the
customer's account to yours. And we do it 100% securely with 128-bit SSL
encryption, the standard for e-commerce.
Each ticket order paid for by credit card has a corresponding payment
transaction*, so if you ever need to refund an order or apply a discount, you
can credit the original card without having to get the cardholder's information
again.
For high-volume point-of-sale scenarios, credit cards can be swiped right into
the system, letting you get your customers in the door very quickly. Ask one of
our sales reps how you can get this equipment free of charge when you sign on
with us.
How you get your money
We have two options for getting you the funds from your credit card
transactions:
• Option 1
For lower-volume clients, or those without a credit card
merchant account, we accept the funds on your behalf and transfer them to you
by check at regular, frequent intervals.
• Option 2
For higher-volume clients, we connect TicketBiscuit to your
credit card merchant account so that funds are transferred directly from the
buyer to you.
Want funds transferred directly to you, but don't have a credit card merchant
account? No problem. We have strong relationships with several merchant account
providers who can offer competitive rates on credit card processing. We'll
guide you through the process of establishing your merchant account, and
connect it to your TicketBiscuit account once it's active.
* We do not store customers' credit card information
anywhere in our system. We maintain transaction id numbers which allow us to
refer back to previous transactions when applying credits and refunds.

When you sign on with TicketBiscuit you gain access to an extensive
administrative website where you and your staff can manage your events and sell
tickets over the phone and in-person. Our Place Order page includes all the
features found in expensive, high-end point-of-sale systems. But there's no
special hardware to buy and no software to install. Just browse to the
TicketBiscuit Client site, login with your username and password, and your box
office is open for business. Inside your virtual box office, you can...
• Place phone, walkup, comp, and guest list orders.
• View a real-time Will Call list for each event.
• Redeem tickets at showtime with a barcode scanner* or a single mouse
click.
• Get a bird's-eye view of how your sales are doing.
• View and edit the details of any ticket order.
• View and edit the details and ticket prices of any event.
• View customizable sales reports.
• Create and send full-color emails promoting your events with just a few
mouse clicks.
• Configure which delivery methods you want to allow, and how much to
charge for each.
• Create your own discounts and apply them to any order - during or after
the purchase.
• Configure which of your staff can access your virtual box office and
what each is allowed to do.
* Ask a TicketBiscuit sales rep how you can get this equipment for free when
you sign on with us.

TicketBiscuit collects a lot of data as you and your customers place orders. So
naturally, we've provided a way for you get that data back out in a format
that's easy to understand. Our sales reports can show you detailed information
for one event at a time, or for all events in a given time period. And our
customer reports let you see who your most loyal patrons are.
Here are just a few of the questions our customizable reports can answer for
you:
• How many of last night's tickets were sold online? Over the phone? At
the door?
• How many Child tickets were sold during the run of my last play? How
many Adult tickets?
• What were my total revenues from service charges last month?

tickets at home?

Who are they?
