TicketBiscuit comes with full support for reserved seating, including clickable online seating charts and 3D venue viewer support. Multiple venues and floor plans can be associated with each account, and each seat section can have multiple ticket products associated with it. Seats can be assigned to patrons via the "best available" or "select your seats" method, depending on your preference.

Best Available
Patrons are assigned the best available seats in the price tier they have selected. We work with you to score the seats, to ensure that the house is "dressed" appropriately.

Seating Rules
Some venues have distinct rules about how seats should be sold. We can program detailed seating rules into the system; just tell us the rules and we'll accommodate them.

Holds
Holds are easily added and managed through the administrative interface. Unlimited hold types are possible.

Box Office View
Your box office staff has a real time view into seat availbility per section.

Season Subscriptions and Ticket Packages
Need to sell tickets to multiple events in a single transaction? TicketBiscuit enables you to create and sell package ticket orders in the box office.

Ticket Product Presets
If you're commonly selling the same or a similar set of ticket products in each section, the Ticket Product Presets can save you a lot of time. Simply set up your inventory once as a preset, then assign it to your events with one click in the event editor interface.
