Robinella has always made music that cannot be boxed into one category. The critically-acclaimed singer-songwriter has had the Industry struggling with descriptions as long as she has been making music. She has slipped in and out of genres ranging from Bluegrass, Folk and Americana to Jazz, always dodging labels.

Abigail Washburn never set out to be a songwriter or a recording artist. Five years ago when she found herself on stage in a smoke-filled Beijing club playing her banjo and singing old-time Appalachian mountain music in Chinese to a packed house, she was as surprised as anyone. "A daring, definite talent, whose feel for the folk idiom results in moving material. Soulful is the word,” hailed the Wall Street Journal in 2005, during that same tour of China. “On stage, her voice resonated with the power of a seasoned performer and her poetic hill tunes sounded all the more evocative in Chinese.”

Leon Russell played on, produced, arranged, and wrote some of rock and roll's most successful and important records. George Benson's cover of "This Masquerade" written by Leon was the first song in music history to occupy the number one spot on the jazz, pop, and R&B charts. "This Masquerade" also won "Record of the Year" and a Grammy in 1976. He released five Gold Albums and had a hand in many other chart hits including "Superstar," and a "A Song For You.". Opening for Leon Russell is Adam Hood.

Oliver and Chris Wood grew up in Boulder, Colorado. Sons of a Poet and a Microbiologist, they both took up music. Oliver moved to Atlanta and became a southerner. Chris moved to New York City and became a Yankee. Now, after years of musical and geographical separation they have reunited. Now The Wood Brothers have begun a collaboration that combines their shared childhood influences with everything they've learned since leaving home. Their music has a rootsy feel that blends blues, folk, and rock music in a guitar/bass duo. The brothers’ new album, "Loaded" produced by John Medeski, was released on Blue Note Records, April 1, 2008.
