Call Center Representative
Location: Birmingham, AL
Base Pay: $10 – $12 Per hour
Experience Desired: 0 – 6 years
TicketBiscuit is looking for part-time call center representatives to work in their Birmingham, AL headquarters. Ideal candidates must be extremely organized, motivated and dependable with excellent communication and computer skills.
- Provide superior, quality customer service in an inbound/outbound call center
- Assist ticket buyers with general queries and ticket sales
- Provide knowledgeable answers to achieve first call resolution – training to be provided
- Quality data entry of ticket sales
- Be a valuable member of our team
Desired Skills and Experience
- Prior customer service experience with outgoing/energetic attitude and phone voice
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proficient with internet browsers, email, Google docs, and voice mail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays
