Why can’t I print after I changed printers?

If you change printers, you’ll need to update your configuration with the new printer that has been installed. Please follow the steps below:

1. On your computer, click on Start->All Programs->TicketBiscuit->PrinterClient->Reset Settings.
2. A dialog box will open momentarily and then close.
3. Go into the system and print a ticket.
4. You’ll be prompted to select a printer. Be sure and select the new printer that was installed.
5. The ticket will print on the new printer and set this as your default ticket printer.

If you selected the wrong printer or need to change printers again, start over at Step 1.
