Will Call is the second selection under the Box Office drop-down menu.
By selecting the Will Call option, you automatically retrieve all customers with valid tickets to a specific event (if you have not selected a specific event, the system will require you do to so). Initially, customers with cancelled or redeemed orders are filtered out, and this list is arranged by time of purchase, with the most recently purchased orders sorted on top. By selecting or deselecting different filters from the Filter list, you can select how many orders will be displayed per page and whether or not to see Cancelled Orders, Delivered Orders, and Redeemed Orders. The number of tickets in each order, the product code used to purchase each ticket, and the method of purchase are all displayed under the Tickets heading, or just to the right of the customer’s name and phone number.
Once you have chosen the desired filters, the corresponding list is displayed. The information displayed can now be sorted a number of ways: by delivery status, alphabetically by customer name, chronologically by purchase date, or by order method (i.e. Phone, Website, Walk Up, or House Comp). The list can be presented in a Printer Friendly format for easy printing, or Exported to a Text File so that the list can be imported into a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel. The orange Printer Friendly and Text File links are located in the upper right-hand side of the page. Simply click on the links in order to accomplish either of these tasks.
Along with the aforementioned tasks, you can also deliver and redeem tickets from the Will Call page, as well as edit, delete and print tickets. To Deliver or Redeem all tickets in an order, simply click on the Deliver or Redeem button, but doing so will Deliver or Redeem all tickets in that order.

You can also redeem tickets by entering the ticket number in the Redeem box located near the upper left-hand corners of both the Will Call page and the Place Order page. NOTE: You can only redeem tickets for a performance on the Place Order page or Will Call page of that particular performance. You can not redeem tickets to Saturday’s Big Show on a page pertaining to Sunday’s Huge Show.
You can also redeem tickets by placing the cursor in the Redeem Ticket box and scanning the ticket’s barcode with a scanner.
You can also Search tickets, or orders, by entering either the Ticket number or order number in the Search Orders box. Doing so will take you to the Order Details page.
Just to the left of the customer’s name and phone number is the Actions column. Each order has three actions: View/Edit, Print Tix/Receipt, Delete, or Exchange an Order. To delete or print all tickets pertaining to a specific order, simply click on the corresponding orange link. (Note: You can not delete an order with delivered tickets. If the link to delete tickets is gray, not orange, the tickets have been delivered and you will be unable to delete the tickets until you have undelivered the tickets.) If you need to partially delete, print, or otherwise edit tickets in an order, click on the orange View/Edit link. Once you have done so, you are taken to the Order Details page. Here, you can edit the entire order, or individual tickets in that order. To exchange an order, click on the orange link and the exchange message box will prompt you to select the date and time you wish to exchange to. NOTE: Orders that have been delivered or redeemed cannot be exchanged. You will have to unredeem and/or undeliver and save the order first.
