I was trying to set up a new user and every time I try, the system takes the name but will not allow me to edit the details or set up a password. Why?

The system probably recognizes your new user. Perhaps they purchased tickets through TicketBiscuit in the past. After you assign the new user to the appropriate role and save, she should be able to login with her email and the password she used to purchase tickets through TicketBiscuit. If she has forgotten her password, she can have it reset via the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Once in the system, she can edit her info by clicking on her name under Account–>Users.
