How do I setup a new venue in my account?

Venues are currently managed by TicketBiscuit Support. If you need a venue added or a configuration of a venue updated, please email support@ticketbiscuit.com with the following information:

  • Venue Name
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • Phone Number
  • Fax Number
  • Email
  • House Capacity
  • Reserved or General Admission seating (if reserved, please provide a detailed seating chart)
