Customer does not see a “Pay” or “Submit” Button

Some of my customers are telling me that they are having trouble purchasing tickets. One customer in particular said that there was not a “pay” or “submit” button when he tried to purchase tickets. No “pay” or “submit” button?

A:

The issue may be related to your IFRAME tag. If you have the height set to 100%, try changing it to a discrete value such as 600 or 650. We have noticed that some browsers have issues when the height is set to 100%. You might have to do the same thing for the width attribute as well.
