Delivery Methods is located under the Account drop-down menu. Here you can create and customize the delivery methods available to customers when tickets are purchased in your account.
Once selected, you will be taken to the following screen:
On this page you can add delivery methods using the boxes at the top. Choose your delivery type, title, description, and any applicable fees. Once the fees have been entered, clicking on the Add Delivery button will add this Delivery Method to those already listed below. Please, be sure to click on the Save or Apply button after you have added or changed a delivery method.
IMPORTANT: Delivery Methods entered here will not be activated in existing events without editing the individual events. Delivery methods entered on this page are the default settings for all future events. For information on how to edit delivery methods for existing events, click HERE.
