This report allows you to view the number of orders that were not delivered (emailed) to the purchaser. To customize this report, use the options at the top of the page to select whether or not you would like to view past event and whether or not you would like to view will call orders.
Next, click on the Refresh Report Data button to view the report with the changes made in the above step.
To move to a different report, click on the Select a Different Report link at the top of the page.
NOTE: Each section of this report can be exported to excel if needed. Simply click on the Export link next to the heading of the section you wish to export.
