Let’s take a quick tour of the MIXBOARD, an interface designed to put the data you need to run your business right at your fingertips.
In the upper right hand corner, you will see a calendar widget, set to the current month by default. Clicking on any show within this calendar will change the Active Event for the MIXBOARD, and will update the data on the rest of the page. We’ll come back to that data in a minute.
In the upper left hand corner of the calendar area, you’ll see four buttons:
- The magnifying glass button presents the shows in chronological order and enables you to search for a specific event by title,
- The MONTH button presents a calendar view of the current month,
- Clicking the WEEK button shows all of the events scheduled for the current week, sorted vertically by time slot,
- And Clicking the DAY button will present all of the days events, listed chronologically, along with a snapshot of ticket sales.
Again, on any of these screens in the calendar widget, if you click on an event, it will update the data presented in the rest of the MIXBOARD. Once clicked, you will see the active event updated in the upper left of the screen.
In this area, you will see a bird’s eye view of ticket sales. You’ll also see the familiar links to edit the event, copy the event, or schedule the event. Clicking the link in the upper right of this box will open up the event details page on your website.
Below the active event widget, you’ll see the EVENT TASKS for that event. This feature is used most widely by our TutuTix brand customers, but all clients can take advantage of its benefits. Create event tasks as you build events to remind you of needed updates.
Below the Event Tasks widget is the Sales Summary. This widget will show you three useful snapshots of ticket sales for the Active Event over time: Gross Sales and Tickets Sold TODAY, over the last SEVEN days, and over the last THIRTY days. You can navigate between these three by clicking the three circles at the bottom of the widget. Similar to Sales over Time, you can see when this data was last refreshed, and force refresh it if you choose.
Below the Sales Summary widget is the active event SALES OVER TIME widget. The left hand axis represents tickets sold, and the right hand axis represents Ticket Gross. In the right hand bottom corner, you can see the date and time that the data in this graph was last updated, and clicking the refresh icon in the upper right of this widget will update the data.
And last, but certainly not least, at the bottom of the screen you will see Referral Source data for the active event. This will show you how effective each of your marketing tactics are in terms of driving REAL TICKET SALES.
In addition – the MIXBOARD is Mobile optimized. So you have easy access to the data you need, no matter where you are.
